HEALTHY LAWNS AND ALTERNATIVES BY BETTY SANDERS

This Lifetime Master Gardener and former GCFM president will teach us how to economically reduce and care for a lawn with minimal environmental impact. Lower maintenance alternatives to our lawns will be discussed.

HELIOS ARTFUL DESIGN BY KEELIA OTTEN

Keelia runs a boutique floral design studio in Salem, MA. and will present six arrangements to be auctioned off after the presentation. Each of Keelia’s designs are uniquely inspired by seasonality, intricacies in color, and the movements of a landscape.

holiday swag workshop

We will gather to create our own holiday swags. Join us for the fun of decorating with fellow club members. Please bring from home ornaments, ribbons, fruit, nuts and design pieces to add to the basic greens which the club will provide. If you have interesting greens to bring and wish to share that is always welcome too. Due to space limitations in the hall, it is requested that NO Guests be invited to this meeting.

Jana Milbocker is the principal of Enchanted Gardens, a lecturer and author. Her richly illustrated lecture provides inspiration and tips on designing your garden for winter interest, choosing the best trees, shrubs and perennials, and grouping them to create arresting vignettes.
